T'AI CHI CHUAN

T'ai Chi Chuan is a subtle form of exercise practiced by millions of people throughout the East and is becoming increasingly popular here in the United States. T'ai Chi is an internal exercise characterized by stillness, slowness, agility, lightness, and the use of the mind. The ultimate purpose is to improve health and longevity. T'ai Chi consists of a series of choreographed movements which can be thought of as "moving meditation." When practiced diligently T'ai Chi can be effectively utilized in self-defense.
